Sofi & Cynefin

I have long thought that we should add questions to the Sofi questionnaire that encourages the respondent to indicate which type of Cynefin solution space the issue resides in. I pictured this as a graphic representation inside each sphere for each respondent. When we were applying for the 19M grant, this was part of the proposal. We were going to use SenseMaker in an ongoing way for Whatcom County.

I wonder if the best way to do this would be to stimulate narrative fragments from participants for each sphere, or for two types of solution spaces: predictable (Simple and Complicated) and unpredictable (Complex and Chaotic) aspects of each of the eleven spheres.

The example directly below is my best rough guess at the status of Kerry's New Education System with See the System as its first major program.
